By surprise, there are so many people that think they know how to get rid of body fat. And not by any surprise, most of them are wrong.
Why are they wrong? They have this simple notion that by spending a few good workout hours in a gym a week or a racing track is enough to lose belly fat quick and develop an incredible abdomen like some movie star hunk.
I will give them a little credit. Exercise is a key to getting a ripped abdomen and a good answer to the how to get rid of belly fat question. But that is only part of the answer. Equally important as some good, solid exercise training to get great abs is following a good diet consisting of the right foods.
